Sounds like the high pressure switch has bitten the dust. Did you replace that while you worked on the whole AC system?

found the relay on the drivers fender replaced with good relay, did not solve problem. when looking over the system did not see any high or low pressure switches which is weird did not go to far into it today pretty busy will take a second look to locate and test circuits from relay and switch but have no schematics to go by! going to see if i can find any schematics online tonight

Which switch did you bypass, the pressure switch near the condenser? If so, verify that you have sufficient pressure for the pressure switch to be closed (usually 20psi or so), and if it isn't closing at that pressure then it is probably bad and needs to be replaced, which means discharging the system.

What are the pressures in the system when the switch is not working properly?
