ABS light and charge light??

ABS light and charge light??
My ABS light and the charge light stays lit all the time and during the day on the 2nd start of the day it wont crank. I can push/jump start but it wont crank. The battery is 1 week old.
Point me in the right direction or let me know the best way to start the diagnosis.
