93 Rx7 Simplified Seq. FPR Issue

I am fairly close to finishing the simplified sequential mod but I have run into a problem with the stock FPR. In the simplified diagram it shows two baby blue lines coming from the pressure regulator. I noticed that there would be an extra connection in the second photo and have no idea what to do with it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

If I am reading the diagram right, the "second" connection to the FPR is actually tied into the intake manifold to supply vacuum/pressure to FPR whenever solenoid "A" is on.
