'91 Rx-7 Fuel Pump

'91 Rx-7 Fuel Pump
It looks like my fuel pump went out. How to do I check to see if it is still working, and if it's not working how would I remove it and switch it out? Thanks in advance for the help.
Get a haynes manual, you can get them at auto parts stores.
