'91 just failed emmissions

I dont drive my 91 convertible much (I know) but it runs great and I keep it in my garage so it still looks pretty good. It just failed the HC emissions test, any suggestions on things I can do? I am not far off, so it shouldn't take much. thanks

First start with a full tuneup including TPS adjustment.

If the HC numbers don't decrease, then you may need a new cat. Make sure the car is fully warmed up before they perform the test.

Here's an easy one. Get it registered as a classic car and never worry about emissions again lol.
