91 fc headlights

Not sure why but this is my first rx7 and there's definitely wiring issues the door light flickers along with the clock but anyhow I'm trying to figure out why the headlights won't go down I checked the 30a fuse and it's good is there some thing I'm missing? Thanks!

may be a simple thing,it has happened before/
Did you hit the "headlight clean button"?above the headlight switch in the Car?..
if you hit that the headlights go up and stay up.
the switch will not allow them to go down until you hit that button again.
..or it is a bad headlight switch..

right above the main head light "off/on" selector that has orange on it, there is another "****" that can raise or lower the assembly's for driving with the up and not on.
