90 rx7 HELP!!!!!

when i bought the car the guy told me it was the air pressure sensor(the one located on the strut tower by the air box)
the car had a lil trouble turning on
so what the guy did was disconnect the plug on the sensor in order for the car to stay on
the car would be ok until like 4k rpm then it would jus bog
i took it home and replaced the pressure sensor and still same problem
when i ease on the throttle it will rev all the way up til 8
i also replaced the maf sensor
checked timing
checked compression n looks fine

any help is appreciated!
thanks guys

Hesitation/Bogging issues have a couple of possible problems.

Listed in no particular order you need to check for.
1. Properly working 5/6th Ports
2. ECU Grounding
3. Clogged Cats

Hmm, I thought I answered this last night.

A hesitation usually has 3 potential causes.

1. Bad ECU Ground
2. Stuck Aux (5/6th) ports
3. Clogged Cat
