89 turbo converti ! update few issues
on the highway the car runs at 210 degrees ..... areund town up 240 degrees and it boils over.....coolant comes out of the overflow ! any suggestions ? the car has 20b jdm swap and front mout intercooler greedy piping and turbomanifold ! with td19c mitsibushi turbo .... do i need a aluminum radiator or is there a block somewhere ? i need help thanks

Are you using the 20B water pump? You should be. The 2nd gen pump has about 30% less capacity.
YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED AN UPGRADED RADIATOR. Mount the biggest 3" thick aluminum radiator that you can fit, with the most powerful e-fan you can find.
I Googled "td19c turbo" and couldn't find anything. The reason I did that is because all of the common Mitsubishi TD turbos are too small for a 20B, except the really big ones. Did you mean TD15?

good question on the water pump im not sure ..... how can i tell ? i may be wrong on the turbo code but the research i found comes back to the mitsibushi pajero ? so im not sure ill post a picture up soon when its not ranning out ! thanks man

I've never heard of a Mitsibushi Pajero but did look it up....3.2L diesel. If the turbo is indeed from that engine, it is way too small.
The 20B water pump and housing look totally different than the 2nd gen housing. The 20B has a dual thermostat housing, and will have a serpentine belt. The 2nd gen housing has one thermostat and a v-belt.

like i said im still unsure on the turbo havent had too much good weather to mess with it but it spools to 14 psi no problem ! now i did some research and looking into the car and the motor says 20b ... but the is only 2 exhaust manfold pipes so 2 rotor... now im noticing that i have full oil and the warning light comes on ? weird ? and its smelling like gas in the oil ? im clueless !
