symptoms: starter cranks and engine turns over, but tach reads 0. will bump start perfectly. seems to be a flooding issue, however it happens after a long burn around the city as well as a quickrun to the store. ussually happens in the morning or night when the temp drops to under 5degrees C. live at water level. im thinking temp sensor and plugs need to be tested. oh also happened after doing a oil change..ugly, and very low oil from previous owner to castrol 10 30 non synthetic + filter. coolant was also low so i topped upwith water and will have the whole system flushed when i get a day off

 

did some tinkering and found what i am told is my BAC valve was sticking (i bit of a weener to figure out as voltage read 12v but a little carb spray finds and solves most air related problms...just be sure to get the good stuff that doesnt leave a film of whatever it is made of. my can has the label mising...sorry
