88 convertible fender on 86 coupe

88 convertible fender on 86 coupe
Just got an 86 rx7 coupe and it needs a right front fender, the local junkyard has one off a 88 vert. Just wondering if they're the same thing and if not will they bolt on if I just get both sides? Thanks
