Question 87 S4 - Windshied wipers wont turn on

Just as the title states, my wipers wont turn work on any setting. also the washer fluid does not squirt.

I used a multimeter and tested for voltage at the plug for the wiper motor. Nothing.
I pulled the fuse, it was good.
I checked for voltage at the fuse. Nothing.

Does this just leave the switch? Are there any other stops along the way I should check? What is the easiest way to get at the switch?

Thanks in advance. You guys are always a big help!

So, I've pulled the switch, and replaced it with a known working switch, and still nothing. Any other ideas?
