87 N/A Rx7 starter not working

When I try starting my car it just makes a "brrrrrr" noise and won't even crank. I've replaced the brushes but that's it.

The brushes only not used to engage the starter..The Solenoid is.
Bench test the Starter.
12volts directly to the starter. If it doesn't kick,..then your solenoid is shot.

Also check your connections. You would not believe how a corroded connection will effect starting on these cars.
