87 FC what spark plug setup should I use?

So I am doing a tune up and ive heard that there are benefits to running 7s and 9s in your engine.

What are the benefits for running either 7s ,9s or both and as a lead or trailing spark?

Im learning the basics about rotaries right now.

Like what would best for what kind of situations. Info like that would be amazing!

hotter plugs (lower number) for the lead. colder plugs for the trail.
