86 rx-7 won't start

sup people I'm jet I need some help starting a 86 rx-7 13b n/a motor. well for all I knonthe guy who owns the car said about four months ago he pulled the car out his back yard drove around the block a couple of times then parked it in the front yard fir sale and haven't cranked it since. I went to crank it and it wouldnt start it would splatter here and there. every once in a while. I took the spark plug wire off to check the firing and semi turned it over it fired then cut off wen I put it back on to crank it. it jus keep turning over. I thought it might of been water in the fuel so I bout some heet moisture cleaner for the tank and it still won't crank. any suggestions on hiw to get it started r what to do. any help will do!

Remove trailing plugs and turn engine over to check for even compression then try a little ATF into the plug holes...Replace plugs and cross your fingers
