86 Rx-7, hasn't run in years

so my dad gave me this car, has not ran in over 4 years. but he used to drive it all the time. we are currently flushing all of the fluid lines to make sure no leaks or dirk or clags etc are in them and to help lubricate the engine and get fresh oil in. the oil pan plug is terribly hard to remove.if anyone has experience with this or has any help to give please do i thank you

Use a spray penetrant like PB Blaster.

Proper sized 6 point socket and a breaker bar. Or if it going to round off, weld a bar to it.

i been usin the PB. thats some good stuff and vice grips and some leverage worked great. now that all the fluids are flushed i need to turn over the motor. my alternator starter and solenoid are shot. plus the master cylinder for my clutch is rusted through. can i still turn over the motor NOT START IT. without these components? i dont want to buy all of this and not have it turn over. please and thank you
