Unhappy '84 GS Buzzer won't go off!

Ive got and '84 GS that I just got, and I'm doing regular fixing on. I noticed that the cigar fuse was blown, so I replaced it. While I was under there, I noticed the Hazard fuse (I think) was also blown. When I replaced it, a buzzer started going off, and I can't figure out what it's supposed to be telling me! I can't get it off either. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a little black box just forward of the battery called the oscillator that is causing the buzzing. Can't tell you why it is buzzing. I bet that is why the fuse was removed.

Alright so I just unhooked that oscillator and it's still beeping. When I lay under the dash, it sounds like the beeping is coming from around the gauge cluster. Any suggestions?
