My girlfriend just got an 83 gsl, 100k on the clock and it had been sitting for 13 years somewhere (not here in Mi, that's for sure).

Here's one of the problems,

The temp gauge doesn't work. That's not all, sometimes when its started the tach doesn't work but instead acts like the temp gauge until its up to temp then the tach takes over.

Any help on where to start would be appreciated.
