550cc in modded rail???

I modded my primary rail for 850cc injectors but I can't get it to idle correctly..Can I put the stock 550s back in even though I sanded down an 1/8th on the rail??

Did you get it tuned for the new injectors, that may be all that's wrong, as well, you could check for vacuum leaks.
