2stroke oil question
i was wondering about using marine 2stroke oil as a premix. is this a good idea? i figured 2stroke oil is 2stroke oil, but i figured i better ask first.

NO offense but your questions are commonly asked,and should be researched before posting.
YES you can use it,the question is why?Is it cheaper?
get 2 stroke at Walmart..call it a day.If you want to Bling out your 2 stoke then go Ash-less Amsoil.
Sorry,I believe that the engine will blow(due to something..it usually does according to threads here..lol) before the full effects of Premix are seen anyways!

sorry. my phone kinda acts up when i try the search engine. and i'm not going to rely on premix alone. i'm just gonna use it as a precautionary measure in the event that the oil metering system should fail. i like having some sort of back up rather than having a blown engine. thank you for the info and i will look into the amsoil. i'm sure my friend can get it at a discount for me. the shop he works at does a lot of dealing with them.
