MO 2nd Gen Stalling Problem

When the car is started it revs to life before slowly stalling/dying 2-3 seconds later.

If I start the car, and feather the gas pedal (keeping it above idle) for a few min and let off it will stall.

Stall occurs on cold and hot starts (even after driving for a hour.) Occurs whether the car is started in neutral or any gear. (So not a cold start system error, I think.)

If I start the car, feather the gas pedal for a few min, then shift immediately gear and drive it it is fine, no stalling even at complete stops. Idle is there after set around 750-800 with no bouncing or irregularities. So I don't think it is a vac leak or bad tps adjustment.

I've almost eliminated electrical, new alt, new optima redtop and voltage test. Maybe bad ground? I'm not flooding it, I don't think (no wet plugs.) Bit puzzled where to go for here diagnostic wise. Might add a bit of injecter cleaner to my fuel, see if it helps.

Thanks in advance guys.

Just throwing this out there:

1. Did you check/adjust the BAC?
2. Does your engine have an EGR yet? If it does, it might be leaking to sticking.
