280 HP with racing beat

I was looking on the racing beat web site
weber 51 IDA
they say you can get 280 hp out of a NA car
can this be done?
are there any posts about this ?

I say that you can get a person that Weighs 280 out of an N/A car.(chuckle)
but 280 hp..uh.. no..hyper-advertising.
