Hi guys,

Just wondering if any of you out there who might know the answer for my question.
I am planning on putting another motor in my AE86 shell for racing.
I have tried plenty of 2L motors so really looking for something different this time.
I used to have a series 8 RX7, and I loved the response that a rotray gave me.

This time I really want to try a 20B.
But I know that the 20B only comes with auto, so I am wondering if the RX7's 6 speed will mate up to the 20B... need this to be confirm..

Also, if possible the weight and dimension of a supra box and a RX7 6 speed gearbox.

 

There's no such thing as an RX-7 6-speed gearbox. You may be thinking of an RX-8, which uses a weaker 6-speed. All 7s had 5-speeds, but the bolt pattern should be the same. Visit the 20B section of this forum to find more info.
