hey rotor head out there i need some help i just pick up a granny 9inch for my frist gen off a friend but he gat it made with the turbo 2 bolt patter. how do i go about making my front suspansion turbo 2 ?

hey rotor head i am new to this forum and need some help. i am building a 12a turbo with my friend we know a lil about turboing a 12a blow through but we want to go e85 but dont know were to put the timeing at some people say get a dyno and start at 0 and work my way up but in chicago dyno time cost to much can any one gave me un idea were to start
