Mr RX9 I'd leave off the TT designation when asking about 3rd gens as all FD's came that way from the factory so it's already assumed to be twin turbo, if it is otherwise, the seller will no doubt mention it.
Check your local craigslist, the Richmond and DC craigslist also they occasionally pop up on www.vadriven.com for sale too

Before settling on a price consider:
1) Condition of interior
2) Condition of exterior
3) Condition of mechanical stuff and maintenance history
I'd personally pay anywhere from $7k to $18k for a near-stock or stock FD depending on the condition of the big three above.

BTW, when shopping for an FD, take a good hard look for things that are broken/imperfect/etc that you would like to replace. Some FD parts are hard to find, obscenely expensive, or downright nonexistent.
Don't let a seller (for example) tell you a cracked passenger door handle is an easy junkyard find or $50 from Autozone. Because it's not.

All FD parts are hard to find. How many were imported to the US? Less than 13,000? And there's probably how many left? FD ownership is a class of its own, and I have not even experienced it yet, and I still am not ready for it.
Oh, good luck finding a center panel for an FD without paying a huge price for it.

I have found that the 94's are harder to find and depending on whether the engine has been rebuilt or not would determine the price between $12,000 for no rebuild to $17,000 with rebuild and condition of car.

they're nonexistent because they're cheap. the discontinued parts that you cannot buy anymore of course were those cheap pieces that everyone bought while they still could, because their's broke.. one of the things i dislike about the FD is how cheaply some of the interior plastics were, the tin canny door closing after the support debeads, the suspension popping and the seat belt retainers flopping around. just to name a few things.
they do look good from the outside though!
if you find one of the few with none of the above issues, expect to pay a premium for it and keep it in a plastic bubble and use padded gloves when you drive to avoid touching the plastics.

I have bought quite a few over the last few months and this would be my thinking on it.
If the motor is original and not been rebuilt 8-10k
If rebuilt then i would say between 9-12k
Good Luck with the sale
