1993 RX-7 dash speak amp location?

I am looking for the dash center speaker amp for the touring rx7. I read it is located on the passengers side under the clove box. I managed to get my head under the dash on the passengers side but found nothing. Picture if possible.
Greatly appreciated.

it's either behind the glove box or under the tunnel cover (just where your right arm elbow rests). This depends on the year but I don't remember which year is where...

It's basically up behind the tranny tunnel on passenger side, small silver box if I remember correctly, bolted to dash frame.....can't photo location as I removed mine but can take a pic of the box itself if you like. Take off the plastic side trim, it'll b easier

This is what I have been going by but am unable to locate the Amp.
Taking the passengers side covers off gives me "0" visibility?
Comments please.
Thx for your time.

What year FD do you have? If its definitely not in the position shown in the diagram you posted, it will be under the centre console plastic trim (literally directly underneath where the cubby box is by your right elbow) just pull that panel up, its only clipped in and should be underneath that.

Yes exactly, I can't remember which way around it was either the earlier spec had the amp located in try position shown in the diagram you listed, the later spec under the shifter boot trim......or the other way around.
