welcome to the board. 
the simple answer is: yes. you can use some of the parts.
the functional answer is: don't bother. if you happen to NEED new stationaries or for whatever reason, you need to get a NEW eccentric shaft, then go for it. the rest is basically either unusable or not worth using.
