1988 Turbo II

The parking (or Running) lights stopped working all of a sudden. any ideas where i should begin looking.

I would start with the fuses. Check the 10A hazard fuse or 15A turn signal fuse. If you're missing the fusebox cover, there is a picture here: https://www.rx7club.com/showpost.php...41&postcount=3.
