Angry 1987 turbo RX7 TAIL LIGHTS!?

hey so i have had my rx7 for about 9 months now and i am just now realizing that the tail lights are not working. brake lights work but the running lights dont come on at all. tried the easy fix to just get new lights, but that didnt work. I know it must be the wiring, but i dont have a clue where to look... any suggestions?

thanks

if your blowing fuses then check out the two wires in the storage bins for the little lite's. i had those two connectors touching and it would keep poping the fuse for the tail lights..
