1985 12a gs suspension questions
I have a 1985 12a gs with the automatic transmission and open diff. I'm looking into the re-speed coilover kit to use with the hp tokicos re-speed sells.
I'm unsure of the spring rates that I need to use. the car is primarily a street car, I do have plans to swap the auto to a manual as soon as i can find one and weld the rear diff to drift it at some local events in nebraska, iowa, and kansas.
I think I want to go with 250lb up front and 150lb in the rear but I am unsure of the results those spring rates will give me. I plan on sticking with the 12a as long as possible, so i don't think I need an exceptionally high front spring rate.

I didn't realize they weren't a reputable company. Is there another company that deals with adjustable height spring/coilovers for the first generation cars? racing beat and mazdatrix have lowering springs, but I was wanting to go far lower than a 1" drop that they both advertise.
