Looking for an amperage upgrade for my alternator.
I have a 60 on my 1973 12a it came off the origional 84 12a engine however i have a voltage drop where itll sit at 9 or 10 amps on the dash till I start to drive
but can I put a 70amp on there without seeing any issues I am looking at part numbers (rock auto) and nothing is lining up any suggestions thanks

Have you considered upgrading to a TII alternator? Are you running a stock stereo and electrical system?
