1979 rx7 crank no start issue

Hey all, I bought a 12a rx7 that sat for over 10 years and I’m trying to get it started.

so far I have rebuilt the carb and did the rats nest delete, as well as put a new starter, battery and spark plugs(has good spark) fuel pump doesn’t work so im using starting fluid to just get it to fire over for a second with no luck. I attached a video thinking maybe it’s low compression or something(will test tomorrow). What can I try next?

Bad news

It ended up having low compression so I pulled the motor and will be rebuilding and most likely porting the engine as well
