Well, there are only a few bolt on FMIC kits for the RX-7. Greddy, HKS, Corksport and maybe a few others. The Corksport unit is the least expensive at I think around $400 (been a while since I looked). The other brands are around $1000.
In my opinion, all of those intercoolers are too large for the stock turbo. You will have a better result and probably save some money if you get a smaller core and stick to 2" piping on the inlet and 2 1/4 on the outlet, assuming the stock turbo.
As for your BOV, I assume you are getting it for the noise since the stock system already has a BOV. In this case, it is a matter of opinion and you need to sample the sounds of various BOVs to decide. Check YouTube and search for a few BOVs.
Be very careful with a boost controller. The wastegate on the S4 (and less so, the S5) is very small so it is very easy to cause boost creep when just increasing the boost a little. Cheap mechanical "dial-a-boost" controllers will work but will produce different boost levels depending on temperature and the time of day. They also don't have any features to prevent creep. The much more expensive electronic controllers will offer finer control and try to control creep, but all controllers are limited by the wastegate. Before a boost controller, the wastegate should be ported.
And of course, turning up the boost requires appropriate fuelling mods.
A BOV and wastegate is not the same poop. If you don't understand the difference, it is time to stop and do some reading on basic turbo system layout.
Additionally, there is no easy way to upgrade the stock wastegate on the stock turbo and manifold.
