13b rew swap
Alright here's what's going on, I recently did a 13b rew swap in my fc, I know I'm getting spark I tested it with a spark plug tester, and I know I'm getting fuel cuz I can smell it when i crank it, my friend and I tried pull starting it, but it never ran by it's self, then after trying to pull start it I would try cranking it, it would putter for a second, then flood out, could I just need a tune? Or is there something else going on.. I have done all that I can and all that I know how to do... But I'm about to give up and I don't want to do that

You have fuel and you have spark. Two things left to check are compression and timing.
It's not ideal, but compression can be checked using a standard compression gauge. You want three relatively even pulses per 360 rotation of the e-shaft. Hopefully somewhere in the neighborhood of 90 psi or greater. If not, that could be your issue.
Not alot you can do for timing except check your crank angle sensors and the trigger wheel.
Search in the 3rd Gen Stickys or FAQ at the top of this section for de-flooding procedures before trying again.
