welcome to the board.
cost is really going to come down to whether or not this is a rebuild you happen to be porting or an engine built for a purpose. rather, i'll put it this way, are you planning to keep it 6 port or are you planning to go 4 port?
a 4 port setup has more potential, but that's not to say you can't make decent improvement with the 6 port block. overall there are other factors in play though (e.g.: intake setup).
6-port:
S4 NA engines are pretty much a-dime-a-dozen. seriously. side housings can be found so cheap that if you have to ship, you may spend as much or more than the cost of the housing. rotor housings are a little harder to find, but they are much more common and cheaper than their turbo counterparts.
4-port:
if this is a project, then a 4 port may be the way to go in the long run. it will obviously cost more, but how much will depend a lot on luck. generally speaking, turbo blocks and hard parts are both harder to come by AND significantly more expensive.
