Question 13B FD or 20B

Which engine is better to have for a Rx7 1994 the 13B FD,the one she comes,or the 20 B. ?

What is the main difference between the 13 B FD and the 20B besides 13B has two rotors and the 20 B has three rotors ?

Thanks

Rolando

What do you mean by "better"?

Since the 20B was never offered by Mazda in the FD, then installing one is a complete custom job. This includes a new subframe to make the thing fit while avoiding bump steer issues caused by relocating the steering rack on the stock subframe (for clearance).

You can swap any engine into any car. The 20B in a 3rd gen is a lot of work and expense. In a 2nd gen, it is a lot easier. But in both cases, basically everything to do with the engine needs to be custom.

No gios, there are few rotary cars here at home.Maybe 6-7 FD,i only know of two running right now. There may be more that i don't know. R100 are maybe 6-7 running because the dealer brought them here but then they stop bringing rotary.
There are many RX8,those you see much but only one brought by the dealer.
