I am in need of snap head screws, they are practically like buttons for canvas applications (front car bra). I do not have an idea yet of what size, hence the reason I need to go to a store and try a few out. I know it is popular amongst boating tops and such. I have visited a few hardware and automotive stores but haven't gotten much luck. There aren't many boating stores around me either.

there really arent alot of sizes, they are pretty standard as far as the stud go just differs in length, so usually #8 or #10 screw or stud mount

the snap itself is one size.

You could try an RV store if there's one near you.

Thanks for the info. Definitely glad to read that since these are seemingly hard to find as is. Would there be any other places where I can get the screws without having to bulk order/ship 100+ pcs? I only need 8.

You can get small packs of screws in stores, but the selection will be very generic. See if you have a awning or even a sign shop might be able to help you
