Unfortunately I don't think the rain will hold off like it did last Friday.
So I guess only the "true enthusiasts" will make it out tonite

yeah the weather is suposed to clear up by 4:00 this afternoon with a high of 67 degrees
should be a very nice night to hangout up there especially for it being mid January

Im only about fifty miles out in the po-dunk town of windsor.

I think around 8ish? I always get there late at like 10 or later. It would be awesome to have a good turn out.

 

since it's winter they close the starbucks at 10pm and almost everyone is cleared out by 11

It looks more like a car show and drag race you're trying to organize, rather than a car meet.
Like I said in another thread of yours, I don't know how any 7's you'll get out there for drag racing. 90% of the RX-7's out there are NA FC's and not FD's.
The NA FC guys (myself included) usally race the car where it's stongest, which is autocross or on a road course, or as many of the younger fellows like to do around here, is take them slideways.
Robin might wanna see what numbers waht his LS-1 swap FC pulls.
Is the car show portion going to have it's own predetermined area roped off or what?
What have you cleared with Speedway to actually do?
