An urgent plea for help! herndon VA

I broke a god damn exhaust manifold stud, the bottom right one in the iron. If anyone in the VA vacinity has a 90' angle drill I can borrow please help me out, I really want to take my car back to college with me. Everythings going wrong and Im out of money, who thought a summer of working could be spent on a rx7 in like a week. it would be even better if you have a M10/M12 tap. watch out though, it seems like **** keeps hitting the fan and flying at me.

If you have a welder you can weld a nut or smaller bolt to it and try to remove it from the housing.

If I recall correctly, studs are usually hardened steel - making them a bitch to drill out.

I do not have an angle drill I'm afraid
