Nyce1s.com is glad to officially anounce that the Power Dup Dyno Series will be starting off the 09' season this Sunday February 8th at TSADYNO!! This event will cater to the Toyota Supra community.

ANYONE and EVERYONE can dyno there car on this DYNO day.

There will also be other giveaways that day. One of them being $500.00 to the 2JZ powered vehicle that makes the highest amount of wheel horsepower on the dyno that day.

The last give away is for the 7M crew. The 7M that makes the highest wheel horsepower will take home $200.00 that day.

The rain date for this event will be scheduled Sunday, February 22nd 2009 if weather does not allow. (No one wants their Supras out in crappy weather!)

Thats all great but is the money just for the supras because if it is why would you post it on here?
For a 1000.00 I know a few cars in the area that would go .How much power can this dyno hold? Thats the question.

I posted it on here because I know it's going to be a great event-- in the NE area.

Many members locally get work done at T&R, wich is across the street from TSA.

If your friends have some high powered cars, please have them come down and collect the prize money.

nyce 1s always puts on great events. and the reason that this is relevant here is that tsa builds some very fast rx-7's in addition to t&r which is accross the street. the owner of TSA has a street driven 700+whp gsl-se that has run 9.60's with traction issues. all of the tsa workers are rotorheads and its known to be a rotary shop.

so yes, this event is catering to supras, but i gaurantee you the supras will be outnumbered by rotary powered vehicles and rotorheads.

****, its free to spectate. why would anyone NOT want to go?

It's actually a lot of fun, you would not believe the amount of **** talking that takes place. The nice part is that these cars are not dyno queens and run their cars (if the money is right).

I was there for the last one (all hondas) and will be there for this one.

NYCE1s.com support the local "regular" guys so we try to support anything Julian does.

Thanks for the kind words Anthony! The last honda event had over 400 spectators at TSADYNO and over 127,000 viewers through LIVE feed on the net.

Maybe later in the season we can schedule a "Rotary Challenge" catering to you guys and you can show the "piston world" how it's done? heheheee

It will be great to see you and Roan again.

I had my Rx7 there and was parked in the first spot in the front of the shop but I got there around 5 pm. Took me 2 hours in traffic to get there from Long Island!
