Guys,
It is best to lock down a date since I already have 4-5 groups of people wanting me in Feb.

So far, here are the groups

San Jose Feb 17-18
St. Louis Feb 24-25
Los Angeles
Northern Va
South Florida

The only tenative dates I have are for San Jose (6 people not confirmed yet) and St. Louis (13 people)

I can only do 1 more trip in Feb. Whoever give me the date will get that month. everyone else will have to move earlier or later.

Steve

Why not wait until till march sometime? maybe even april. People are starting to pull there cars back out and will need tunes, and it will be getting warmer. I know i will be in for whatever one is around that time period.

I agree with Andy. Lets try for this in the spring. I really need a tune but my FD is hibernating now.

why not get everyone out during the winter? The car was made to be driven not looked at. Hell its like 60 degrees outside today perfect for a rx tuning session jan has warm days too. besides steve will be in high demand during spring when everyone else in the country wants thiers tuned also

Mostly because most people dont want to stand out in the cold while cars are being tuned. The cars were meant to be driven, but not destroyed by road salt. I drove my year round last year, even in the snow once. And i dont want to do it again. Ill be in for the spring. Let me know.

Unfortunately I must say count me out of any tuning session that happens after the first week of Feb. I will be shipping my car to England at this time, and following it shortly there after.

I got the impression there was some additional interest over the past week or two. So in that case, lets get a list going of who's definitely interested and ready to commit in the form of a deposit, and we'll go from there

Thanks,
~Ramy

My friend with his FC will be interested. Just give us a little bit longer to make sure the car will be done and then we can send a deposit.

If it is in the spring when there is not 3 inches of salt on the Ithaca roads and my car is here, I should be in. He was going to come up to Green Bay Wisconsin area and tune on a couple cars, but dyno issues stopped that from happening.
I am not sure how far this is, but would also like a weekend to save some possible work vacation time.

I would like to thank Ramy for trying to get this set up for us but I guess noone in the area is serious when they say they want Steve Kan to tune thier car. i guess they are just talkin' and as soon as spring gets here they will bitch that he never comes here to tune blah blah blah.
