Spotted: Red FD in Baltimore

Spotted a red, modified FD near Towson, Md on I-695 east today around 1 pm or so. Anyone on here? Pretty sure it was lowered with wheels and louder than stock.

i believe i know the one you are talking about & it has an ls1 in it :/

she done broke down at H20i this past year lol he lives in baltimore
