sighted... broken down in MD

red fd broken down.. no wing.. aftermarket wheels from what i can see
northbound on i83 around cockeysville area...
i would have turned around as i was southbound headin to DC but you already had a flatbed...

Should have a Bat signal or red light buzzer in the car to alert for help. This would of been a great add on in case you ever got in a jam.
