Should I sell her?

Alright so I have been offered 2000 and the persons running DD (its a probe.... good enough to junk for a couple hundred lol). I don't know if I could sell her though.

87 GXL NA Automatic with 80k original miles (I just went over 80k like a month ago). She runs perfect, no problems.

What I have done to her so far:
~New shocks all around.
~New rotors all around.
~New pads all around.
~New calipers all around.
~New Master cylinder.
~New brake pressure switch (the one that screws into the bottom of the master)
~Rear wheel bearings.
~DTSS eliminators.
~Tie rod ends (outer)
~Belts.
~Hoses.
~Thermostat.
~After market temp guage.
~Speedometer cable.
~New Studs
~New Lugs
~New Rims
~New tires
~Stereo, speakers, subs
~Reupholstered seats (I like them some think they look like Hue's pajama's)
~All bushings front to back (not installed yet)
~Custom window switches moved to center console (took out security light and the empty spot)

The bad though:
~Passenger side banged up (no frame damage just creased down the side)
~Drivers fender rotted on bottom and is 'loose' (only at bottom though)
~Sound in right front, believed to be sway bar
~Wipers are picky if they want to work on intermittent

I want to pick up a TII stock with a good engine. No mods, I just want a good stock, something I can upkeep and mod as I feel like it. Think I would be close to having enough $?
