oooh tonight was a perfect night. i was out for a company dinner though. how was the turnout? really eager to take the 7 out again!

 

still waiting for it to pick up again.

 

It was a weak turnout.... and by weak I mean like a BAD turnout. it was me and 3 other guys and a kid. lol. such a shame with the nice weather. hopefully it will pick up soon. maybe some winter projects are not done yet!

My car is still apart hopefuly tomorrow I will have it running again. I will be going to the meet after deals gap.

I am as usual but I may have to leave earlier again for the same reason as I usually do.

 

WHat time does this thing really start nowadays? My car is running well. TOO well. BUT! My inspection is long overdue, so I don't want to drive it around too much.

Beefhole: I think I originally suggested 8 but alot of people decide to come at 9. Last year we would have people showing up as late as 11.

I used to get there 30 minutes after the "agreed" times, and I'd be sitting there by myself.

 

Nah I'm moving up, I have a freshly turned 19 year old, 2 23 year olds, AND my new record, a 25 year old now.

Well lucky you (and I). Apparently some officers rolled by last night and were finding every excuse to give people a ticket, including overdue inspections. I was tempted to go out last night, but decided against it since my inspection recently expired.

 

Oh snap! Overdue is overdue... and thus a ticket. Good thing I didn't show! Also have a cracked windshield

 

I was trying to come that night but couldnt had fuel problems. Fixed it though. Will show up thursday.

 

I don't have my car finished still missing some pieces, but I am thinking of driving the daily and heading out to meet everyone. Might be nice to meet others in the group. If it's all rain this week maybe we can focus getting more people for next week?

 

yeah I haven't been to the meet in a while. has not been enough people coming through recently. maybe we can try to hype it up for next week to get our old 40 car meet back out there!
