As much as I try to make all the meets. with the weather looking crapy and the good parking spot I will lose... not sure if I will be making it out today either.

Nice smaller turnout for the weather... more people than last week with the nice weather...

 

these meets still going on with same time and place as the first post? i'd like to drop by and meet some other rotary owners, could use a little advice and opinions on some things.

btw, thursday nights here in yonkers we have a pretty big turnout of just tuners in general

 

Yeah they're still going on starting at about 9:30 or so. The last two weeks were nice outside and for some reason not many people showed up, we need more people to come through like last year.

 

Last year was sick. There where times where 40+ cars would show up.

 

Talk is cheap!

I'll start taking naps so I can stay up late(r).

 

You can take a nap when you show up at 7:30 and then can be well rested when everyone else shows up at like 9:30. lol

I thought I would introduce myself...I've been reading the thread for a bit now. I'm relatively new to the NY area, relocated here from LA. I'm also an FD owner, I thought I would try and make some new friends in this community. I will do a cross country drive from LA to NY in August, and will bring my car to one of these meets once it gets here, but in the mean time, just wanted to say hello.

it certainly will be hot, I've got A/C going also, but I've done everything to my ability to keep the car as cool as possible, so hopefully I'll be ok.

 

When we all started our engines last night and everyone was leaving it was like awakening the beehive from hell. I couldn't even hear my own car!
