HAHAHA ernie didnt run...are you kidding me? he will be lucky for next season with the way that ray is working. Overall it was fun...a little disapointed though...all the cars that should have won the classes didnt! Avon(8 sec GN) ended up smoking REALLY bad dunno if he ran again. Matt Miller(low 9 supra) left the line to late and it was tree racing and got beat. And then John(7 second talon) blew his motor on the semi finals after he was infront of a turbo mustang. But it was fun...alot of cars...That NSX was turbo actually...but the driver was a complete idiot. i was trying to mess with him a little on the way down and he was like pulling fast and furious **** and passing people in the shoulder and driving in the shoulder to keep up. And then when i said something to him all he sais is "i know how to handle it" gtfo. Until you run into someone. And that viper i ran into on the way out. It had intake and exhaust. He kept getting me for those 200rpms with torque and then we pulled even...i just had to wait for boost :-\. Roy...you won a prize man! Should have stayed. And next time dont lose us!
As for other 7s there...what a joke! There was a widebody FD...red(no im not just joking with you joe) Like a full RE wide body. Well first...this kit didnt line up for ****. Absolutly ugly as hell. told me he payed 11k for it...and if he did i feel bad because he thinks he got a real kit that is a replica. And ontop of it...the owner was an idiot. First he tried to tell me that he had an HKS 6 spd in the car. Then he told me that he had pettit make him a DP for his (t72,t70,t65...he told me all 3 of those through out the convo) without the car being there. Then he told me he just got the car 2 months ago and it was bone stock when he got it...and all this was done in 2 months...but then ended up telling me that turbo was *only* on the car for 6 months. Just a complete idiot. Aparently he makes 850 on 30psi. wouldnt wanna mess with that car. What is up with show rx7s looking like ***...and the owners being complete idiots after i just told them i have an FD also...so they would figure out they cant bs me...but they try anyways.

That widebody FD guy and his friend were both bullshitters. I can't believe that guy actually said "Yeah, It makes 800 Horsepower @ 15PSI, THEN as if that wasn't ******* bad enough he said "Oh yeah if he turned up the boost he could easily hit 1200 horsepower". I have no time for liars. As soon as I heard that I turned around and walked away.

For the record, he was running a turbo only slightly bigger then my Series 5 turbo. He tried to sell me a haltech to boot. He was all confused when I told him there was another widebody FD (1wide7/Joe) He said "No that's not a widebody it's just got fender flares" Like it matters, Joes car looked way better then that hacked up "widebody" kit on that guys car. After that comment, he kept talking, but I stopped listening.

I dont think so. There was a V8 red FC that ran..i think he went mid 11s@120 but that was it. I saw that white t-78 fd(nulvari?sp sorry) and he had ET bracket numbers but i never saw him race. Next year me and my friend with his fc are gonna run some meth and get out there and beat up on some domestics
John sheppard held the record for fastest time and MPH. He went 7.70@191mph!!!! and on a different one went 8.00 at 195mph. I can not imagine going that fast in the quarter mile.

No, I didn't make it. Ray and I were at our wits end because my engine wouldn't go togeather. The machine shop didn't line up my irons and housing correctly, so Ray had to drill everything by hand very carefully (so not to hit the water jacket) and he broke the drill bit on friday and couldn't get another till this morning so it wasn't his fault. Remember I have the Guru 1/2" engine stud kit.
No worries though, when I come out, it'll be right.

Ernie if you are interested I have the CNC process down to the point where you can interchange Irons or rotorhousings from engine to engine without any problems and still maintain the tight clerance required. If the studs are off then I would question the centering of the center bearing. This is vital if you want to keep your bearings from disintegrating. If you have to drill the holes the purpose of the studs are partially defeated.

Sorry I didnt run. The fuel leak I have was killing me, it seems to just be at WOT. So it was best to just keep it parked.

I didnt think I would win anything in the car show, but I dont think the judge could appreciate my engine bay. Gezz they were hard on my car. As most shows majority of winners are new with tons of video ****. All I won was a killer expensize parking spot

Red wide body FD guy, can you "say no to drugs" Just a thought , he was very odd.

Well time to think about next year, but its just a few months and the track is back open.

HAHAHHAHA. Your car was VERY clean. I didnt know it was the same to show as to park in pit parking. WTF i payed for pit parking when i could have just showed and parked right in there. Odd was not the word...he was a COMPLETE idiot. You wouldnt belive the stuff he told me. He told me he picked the car up 20 minutes before i talked to him but he was there pretty much when i got there. It was pretty humorous. And he had shitty paint and i kept pointing out spots on the car and i was like "id be pissed if i payed 10k for a body kit that lined up like this" and he would just go onto something else. He told me he was untuned but he built his motor with mazdaspeed bearings and could rev it to 15k without even worrying about it and i reply "untuned" and he goes "well no...i only go to 7k untuned" But nuvolari if you saw a big group of guys hanging around you car for a while that was us...we were hoping you would come back to the car lol. Nice car man.
