what is the feasability of having the following and what would you need to accomplish it ...she says "money is no obstacle"

A) 700 WHP
B) streetable

Well inspection should be easier than emissions to pass. Maybe there's NOS.
You'd need a massive single to put down that kinda power. The daily drivable and streetable aspects are just humerous, there's about no chance in hell a rotary car would be daily drivable with that kinda power for longer than like a month before **** started breaking ;p

This can be done. But the car will only pass emissions for the one day it needs to then the entire exhaust/emissions system gets swapped out. Water/meth injection kit would run the 32lbs of boost on pump 93 and then any t76 or up will lay down that power. And on the daily driver thing. This is really the debatable issue because this car will not have ac. Other than that it should be fine. Cost 50,000 easy will get you a 700 rwhp 2 rotor rx7

700hp isn't streetable in anycar save for a tractor trailer. Unless you can manage to keep your foot out of it. c16 needs to be kept on hand at all times.

It's just not really daily driveable at that point unless you are willing to put up with alot of annoying items like no a/c, no p/s having to pump your gas out of a 55 gallon drum in your garage everyday (hope you don't need to go more then a tank of gas will get you. ) etc.

Now 500hp, no problem, much more streetable, much more reliable, can be attained on pump gas with the right tuning.

f1blue you do not need to run c16 for 30lbs of boost. Their have been light year advances in tuning within the last 2 years that have shattered all those old guidelines. Water/meth injection will run 30lbs of boost no problem. And run it safer than 20lbs without water.meth
Like I said in some earlier posts don't be suprised in a year or 2 with more high 600 rwhp cars on this forum.

well

to have letter A, you cant have B,C, and D..if you want B, you can still have C and D but not A and if you want C, B and D will still be possible and if you want D, A is non existant and B and C is possible..

pointless, but do you guys think that this imaginary car could make the 700 on race gas/30+ psi but run a more realistic/reliable 450/500 at lower boost/pump gas for everyday driving???
I'm doing 10 to 12 for the most part and 16(or higher if i have the fuel/stock non seq. turbos willing) for when low boost is not enough.
Agreed, the sniff test would pretty much be a wash...although years ago i was told if you lean it out enough it will pass it.

thats funny!!! It must be riding shotgun, I mean how could you not love pulling harder in 3rd than most other cars do in 1st! I for one may very well be an idiot but i love the feeling...then again not so sure when i'm not the one driving but i trust the seatbelt lol

This is actually very accomplishable with deep enough pockets. Taming 700hp for streetability is mainly an issue of gearing. Take the 06 Z06 for example, granted this is only a ~500hp vehicle, first gear will take you all the way to 61 mph. I'd probably prefer a gear set that would run to 65-70mph at 700hp but you regain alot of wheel control once you've chewed up the torque layed down by a 0-35mph gear set.

Daily drivabilty is possible with upgrades to motor mounts, suspension, and the rest of the drivetrain. (6mpg fuel uneconomy doesn't sound very nice though)

In terms of actually reaching the 700hp, massive amounts of fuel would be required and honestly at a 1.3L displacement this is where things really start to get scarry. 700hp is obtainable on 93 octane, I know a few people in the area with 690+hp vehicles (M3, C5 Z06, Viper) who run pump gas, the difference if I had to call one out would be there's much more room for air and fuel injestion in these piston engines. It'd be asking alot of the 13B to injest and compress the same volume of fuel and air. Alot of heat would be created before the vehicle's ignition could even send spark. A 20B would help out quite a bit in that department.

As far as emissions goes, bypass the turbo's, run a leanish fuel map, a little alcohol, and temporary stock exhaust or substrate cat and the car "should" make it. But that'll be a rough one. If you can afford all of that it'd probably be better to pay someone off.

700 hp is very streetable if it doesn't come in all at once (ie HUGE turbo).
