Ive gone out to meets every weekend years ago for years. I stopped going when gas was almost $5 for 93 so I bought a mazda 2 lolol

My FC is just sitting here collecting bird ****. I try and drive it atleast a weekend. Its been sitting here for so long the bumper is hanging off because of people parking and bumping it. Front tires are rotting so I need new tires for it also.

I just picked up a wrecked T2 that was on its way to the scrap yard, it didn't run and was slammed around really good, got it running ok, but the body is hammered so right now I am working on getting it all straight so I can drive it. I had a few FCs over the years and a fully built T2 back in the day, just trying to get back into it.

I lived in Exeter too for a little while, I am actually in Antietam right now, so I'm not really in Reading anymore either. I'm hoping to have my car out before winters over just to make sure its running well, it sat for like 3 years and didn't run at all when I got it. Once its running good (hopefully anyway) then I'm gonna have to do some paint work, its a few different colors right now with all the parts I had to replace.

Hope all goes to plan and you get your RX7 on the streets again soon.

Forums have definitely taken a hit since Facebooks Groups became a thing.

You are single turbo with a '99 spec front end, right? I think you and I crossed paths a few years ago. You were behind my silver FD at the train tracks in Fleetwood and we pulled into the parking lot of Berties Bar to chat.

It's been out quite a bit the last 2 or 3 years, but I usually head for back twisty roads in the middle of nowhere. In October, I moved out of Berks County, though.

You always used to go up & down Wegman road (that road was behind my old house).

I saw a white, wingless FD tonight on Bustleton road. Drove around trying to find it afterward but no luck.

I remember I think a white FD I used to see once and a while in exeter, I remember seeing it on church lane, thought he lived around there somewhere. This was a while back when I had my red turbo II. I worked right in the area.

I hold a BBQ at my house in the spring and fall. I'd love to have more rotaries show up instead of guys in their DDs....

Not sure if my car will be ready or not by then, but when it gets a little closer I should know.

There's a car show tomorrow in Horsham, starts at 6pm. Anyone from around the area should try to show up. My friend and I will be there with our FCs.

Also, last Sunday there was a car meet at Franklin Mills Mall. Amazing turnout, dozens of cars of all types. It lasted a few hours and got pretty wild - the police had to show up and flag everyone out. It was a good time. I'm sure all the same people will want to do it again this weekend. Anyone who's available come meet up Sunday around 9pm.

Hey all,

Just found this thread. I'm generally between Bethlehem and Lancaster. I'd be interested in any meet ups taking place near the area!

Met a cool guy last night at Franklin Mills Mall with an NA 13b swapped Miata. Neat little thing.

Who's active lately and has their car up and running?

I'm in the process of getting my FD back up and running. I'd love to cruise or meet up once she's on the road. I'm out by the Philadelphia Outlets in Sanatoga.
