Pan Am's are coming...
Just a reminder that I am sure a lot of locals don't need. The Pan Am Nationals are being held the weekend of July 14, 15, 16 at Atco Raceway NJ. Sat the 15th will be a little different this year and they have a lot of extras going on till about 10pm. This looks like the day to attend for me even though the main racing event is on Sun... anyone going???

that link should give you an idea of whats going on. In years past the event has gotten a little stale. The racing is always great, but it can get a little slow in between breakdown and track clean up. IMHO E Town puts on a much more entertaining event, with car shows, sound offs, low rider car hopping, bikini contest etc... This year it seems ATCO is taking this approach and I am interested to see how it turns out.

Well I got there pretty late, (3pm) but I still had a great time. I saw plenty of sub 8sec passes and was plenty impressed with the PRO-JaY products vendor. They are showcasing alot of intake/injection solutions for rotary guys that can't get enough fuel to their engines. Really nice pieces. GOOPY was also on hand an showing off some fine examples of re-conditioned housings...yes I said re-conditioned rotor housings. Might be worth a trip out there to try this out.
