Paint in CT

Does anyone have a recommendation on places to take a FD for paint? Right now I just need some touching up but I want a quality restoration type place to do the work.

If I recall i think the paint code varies in model yr. I have a 93 now

When asking for advice about paint shops, you have to remember that most people don't know anything about paint and that what they are 100% definitively commenting on is customer service. Any paint advice I get is taken with a grain of salt unless it's from somebody that has been close or in the business. Some people get a paint job and love it but they never look closely at the work or don't know what to look for.

Having said that, if I had to get any of my FDs painted again, I'd send them to speed1 because they actually have experience working with FDs. I had my car taken to a paintshop one time and got it back with electrical problems. I had to take it to IRP to get it fixed after. Not fun. I had my 2nd FD taken to a shop and got it back with shop dust all over the brand new carpet that was installed right before it went into the shop (which I also had to replace).
